It's impressive to manage more people than your age. And at just 25, Hannah Allen, 24housing's 2013 Young Leader of the Year, already manages a team of 27 staff. She started her career with Synergy in 2010 before the social landlord’s merger with Aster Group. The modest Liverpudlian was thrilled to receive the award during a special parliamentary reception at Westminster last month. Here she talks to Max Salsbury about a busy few months.
