If you find you have a problem with, there are several steps you can take to try and resolve the issue.

  1. Make sure you are using the latest version of your preferred web browser.
  2.  If you have the latest browser version, try pressing Ctrl + F5 keys together. This will empty or clear cached memory and reload the page. In Safari this command is under the ‘Edit’ menu item as ‘Empty cache’; in Opera 9.5, under the ‘Tools’ menu item ‘Delete private data…’, click ‘Detailed options’ and select only ‘Delete entire cache’ then confirm.
  3. If you are a registered user and are having problems with some of your account functions try logging out and then logging back in.
  4. If you are accessing from your place of work be sure to check with your IT department there are no known issues with using features of e.g. some IT departments restrict access to streaming content which is used by to deliver audio and video content.
