Grow your career as we grow…

A unique and innovative provider of niche open market and retirement housing, managing 2.5k homes across 90 locations in the south east, at ELM we manage some stunning properties and have a superb reputation.  This year we are poised to grow our business significantly. As Head of Operations you will ensure our systems and processes are ready for additional volume, ensure that our new customers receive the high quality services for which we are known and that we continue to meet the rising expectations of all our residents. A housing professional, qualified through IRPM or RICS, you will have an in depth understanding of legislation relating to leasehold residential properties and several years’ experience of managing and delivering excellence in customer service within a commercial environment.

However, this is just the beginning, this role will demand more than your technical knowledge and experience, it requires someone with a strong collaborative ethos, who can further develop and empower our area managers and whose positive approach will lead the team to further success. As we grow so will your team and the size and scope of your role, we will increasingly look to you for your strategic insights and you will reap the rewards of this growth.

If this opportunity would meet your short and long term career aspirations, speak to our consultants at Campbell Tickell for an in-depth discussion. You can contact Mary Hope on 0203 434 0990.
