Job Description

Coastal Housing Group is an innovative, financially strong and award-winning housing association based primarily in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend.

We own nearly 6000 properties for rent and are passionate about offering high quality homes and services. We also provide a wide range of support services as well as an innovative community regeneration offer and support asset based community development.

We are a key regeneration partner for the local authorities where we work and have an excellent reputation with our stakeholders, residents and communities.

We maintain a large building development programme and have established a robust commercial portfolio.

We also offer homes for sale via Pennant Homes, a subsidiary of Coastal Housing Group. Pennant is a business with a social purpose specialising in providing homes for first time buyers.  Established in 2010 it’s embarking on an exciting new phase of growth.

We’re recruiting Board members who’ll support Coastal and Pennant to help meet the challenges ahead and achieve its vision. We’re looking for people who share our values and can use their skills, knowledge and commercial acumen to make a real difference to our tenants and communities.

If you’re an inspirational, progressive leader and a strategic thinker with a proven track record of insight and decision making, ideally at Board level, we’d love to hear from you.

To apply please send a CV and covering statement outlining your reasons for wishing to join our Board and the potential contribution you think you could make by Monday 12th March 2018. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview mid-April (dates to be confirmed).

If you’d like to know more before applying please contact Debbie Green, Chief Executive: 01792 479210 or Caroline Belasco, Director of HR & Organisational Development: 01792 479250.
