Riverside is a group of complementary businesses driven by a clear social purpose, with a charitable housing association at its core. Established nearly 90 years ago, and now headquartered in Liverpool, they are a major provider of affordable housing, care and support services operating across 160 local authorities in England and Scotland and with over 52,00 homes in management.
Riverside’s new legal framework covers 4 lots: 1) Property and Development, 2) Non-Property including Governance, Commercial and Employment, 3) Corporate, Finance and Banking, and 4) Housing Management. It will commence on 1st April and run for three years, with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months.
Nine firms have secured a place on the panel; Anthony Collins, Bevan Brittan, BLM, Brabners, Capsticks, Devonshires, DWF, Forbes, Trowers & Hamlins. Five firms are appointed to Lot 1, three firms to Lots 2 and 3, and five firms to Lot 4.
