mhs homes has been placed at number 34 in The Sunday Times 2018 Top 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations to Work For.
The ranking was announced at an awards evening on 21 February, which took place at the Rafayel on the Left Bank Hotel in Battersea.
Stephanie Goad, Operations Director at mhs homes said: “This is our second year running within the Top 100 and we’re incredibly pleased, especially to be ranked 62 places higher than we were last year.
“It’s a brilliant achievement and it’s all down to our dedicated and committed staff. Thank you to all those who helped us achieve this prestigious recognition”.
The list is compiled after each organisation submits staff surveys – made up of 70 academically designed questions based on ‘8 factors of workplace engagement’.
mhs homes are celebrating their success on Tuesday 13 March with a fish and chip lunch, live music, cakes and more.
