Assessors were on site last week meeting North Star customers and staff and assessing us against the criteria for the award that we have held since 2009. During their visit the assessors:-
- Visited managing agent schemes
- Met the YEI team
- Had lunch with our involved tenants groups
- Joined in with a residents coffee morning at Aspen Gardens
- Spoke to staff at Endeavour House, and
- Spent time in the Customer Services Team
The assessors again commented on how knowledgeable staff are and clearly demonstrated their commitment to providing the best customer service to our tenants that they could.
We were also awarded a Compliance Plus for how North Star enables staff to provide good customer service through the training and support provided and involving staff with developing services and this was clearly demonstrated during the assessment of our services.
