About the role:


Do you love great services and products and become frustrated when things don’t work as they should?  If so, this role is for you!


We are looking for a motivated individual who has a passion for customer feedback, delivering amazing services and products and for ensuring that feedback is used as an integrated tool, which aids service improvement.


Day to day you will work in the contact environment, developing and embedding our new, resolution focussed, feedback function across the team and wider business.


You will manage feedback cases, working with the customers and colleagues to enable positive outcomes for all.


About you:


We are looking for a customer focussed thinker, who can see through the noise and find the reality of a situation. You will love to find the root cause with an open mind and inquisitive nature.


You will be organised, flexible and can handle the pressure whilst being personable and engaging to a range of different stakeholders, including colleagues and customers.


A great communicator, both written and verbal, you will be used to working with a variety of IT packages and able to produce a range of reports.
