About the role:
Come and join our Rent and Service Charge team in this job share role.
You will be providing a customer focused and transparent rent and service charge accounting service, including processing all income collection methods to the company’s systems.
This will include assisting in the collection of data to produce service charge accounts, and ensuring our customers are notified of their annual charges amongst a variety of daily tasks – no two days will be the same!
We are looking for someone with experience in this area, either within a Housing environment, or Finance function. A people person, you will have a positive outlook and a great sense of humour.
You will be working on several systems as part of your role, so you will have strong Microsoft skills, particularly in Excel.
