The verdict’s in and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner gets a two-year stretch – with the option of another two.

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner is the international law firm re-appointed to the revamped legal panel of Homes England after an extensive re-tender process.

That charges the firm with providing expertise in areas such as commercial property, financial regulation and taxation and commercial law.

The panel appointment also affords the opportunity to advise on IP law, public law, and employment matters.

Homes England started its £30m legal panel tender process in October 2017.

The reappointment is a significant win for Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, as the firm continues to demonstrate its expert credentials in the growing residential investment sector.

Effective from May 1, the appointment is two years with an option to extend up to a further two years.

Real Estate Partner Andrew Yates, leads Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s relationship with Homes England said: “We’re seeing a renewed commitment to providing new residential and mixed-use developments from the UK Government – and as such it’s an exciting time to be working with Homes England.”
