We’ve been providing housing since 2008, and a Registered Social Landlord since 2012, and are now looking to share our expertise by training the property maintenance professionals of the future.
Both new and existing staff can access the professional training and industry-recognised membership and accreditation provided by our Property Maintenance Apprenticeships.
We support you every step of the way, from start to finish. From supporting with the recruitment stages to completing registrations, planning, training, updates, progress reviews and arranging end-point assessments, certifications and progressions.
We know that every business is different; we will work with you to ensure that the delivery is tailored to your business needs and reflects your ethos, culture and skills requirement.
Once completed, the apprentice will be recognised by the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM), providing Affiliate Membership for the apprentice whilst studying and Associate Membership on achievement of the full apprenticeship.
