Poplar showed off its Killer Diller Thrills with live music, dancing, vintage cars, a vintage market, food and drinks. All generations enjoyed the family day out at the East End’s premier Jump and Jive Jamboree as Chrisp Street Market flew back in time to its 1950’s Festival of Britain roots.
Live music acts include King Pleasure & The Biscuit Boys, The Metrotones, Lynette Morgan & the Backwater Valley Boys and Natty Congeroo & the Flames of Rhythm. DJs Nel Raiser, VooDoo Doll and Mr Jinx kept the party pumping into the evening. Kids enjoyed face painting, ice cream and joining in the boogieing.
