Cross Keys Homes (CKH) has been recognised as one of the Top 50 Social Landlords in the country, as published by 24 Housing magazine, for the fourth year running.
The housing association was listed at number 20, up one place from 2018, in this prestigious national rankings.
CKH’s commitment to helping Peterborough City Council reduce homelessness, the opening of a new high street shop, and its ongoing work to improve digital access for residents as well as continuing to help support vulnerable people to sustain their tenancies, were all cited as reasons for their success.
The list celebrates the excellent work of the social housing sector’s very best landlords, and is compiled and voted on by expert judges from across the sector.
CKH Chief Executive, Claire Higgins, said: “It is fantastic to hear that we have once again been recognised nationally in this prestigious list. I’m extremely proud of the CKH team and all that we are able to achieve together to ensure we are getting our services right for our customers and the communities we serve.”
