In the month after we sent out leaflets to tell everyone about the great service, more than 1,230 registered to use it. On the busiest day 116 people registered, which was part of a record week where 456 people signed up.
As part of the campaign we offered a prize draw with £250 worth of shopping vouchers for a new user who signed up and carried out a successful transaction. It was won by Katie Carroll from New Parks in Leicester, who used the system to pay her rent at a time convenient to her, rather than phoning at the weekend.
She’s now one of hundreds of regular users taking advantage of the convenience that My PA offers.
