A new ICT course in Northampton is offering a qualification and a free laptop to help job seekers find work.


A new ICT course in Northampton is starting 17th September to help people looking for work get online.

Job Skilla in partnership with Northampton Partnership Homes and Engie regeneration (NPH’s Major Works partner) are running a 2 week ICT course at Castle Hill United Reformed Church.

At the beginning of the course the learner will be given a laptop that they can keep after completing the course.

The laptops are funded by Engie, as part of NPH’s Major Works partnership with them.

Learners will receive a nationally recognised qualification and help towards finding their next job.

The IT course targets people who are out of work and would like help to go online to apply for their next job.

How to apply

Applicants must be aged 19 and over, be out of work, and be available for the duration of the 2 week course.

The first course starts on Monday 17th September 2018 9:00am – 3:00pm and runs weekdays.
