The housing group is in the running in two award categories in the 24housing awards – Communication Team of the Year and Best Training Scheme.
The group’s marketing team has been recognised for its work rolling out a host of internal communication initiatives to develop its employee engagement whilst its Centre for Partnership Team are celebrating a decade of success running its GEM programme.
Since 2009 over 220 housing professionals from organisations across the UK have completed the GEM development programme which is aimed at nurturing the next generation of housing leaders.
Hundreds of housing organisations entered this year’s 24housing awards, celebrating the very best providers in the sector.
Incommunities is also celebrating making the shortlist in the Women in Housing Awards which is supported by the Chartered Institute of Housing. It’s Equality Group and construction trainers are in the running for the Marketing Initiative prize for their work to encourage more young people from all backgrounds to explore careers in construction.
