The organisation was eligible to apply for the award after achieving IIP Platinum status earlier this year – the highest award in leadership, people management and culture. They are in an elite group, as only 0.5% of organisations in the UK have attained this, including very few in the housing sector.
The Investors in People Awards recognises the people and teams that make the difference every day highlighting excellence from across the Investors in People global community. On the night, RHP were up against nine other organisations from a range of sectors that had all achieved Platinum this year.
RHP’s Chief Executive David Done OBE states: “To receive such recognition in our 18th year is wonderful and a brilliant reflection of the amazing people who make up RHP and of the inspirational culture we’ve created together. My thanks to everyone over the years who’ve helped make this happen”.
This win comes as RHP Launch their new five-year strategy, with ‘a great place to work’ remaining one of their four strategic pillars. They continue to aim high with a goal of becoming the most exciting workplace in the UK, known for innovation and creativity and maintaining their exceptional levels of employee satisfaction which are currently at 96%.
