We are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager who will strengthen the delivery of day to day contracting services for Repairs, Voids, Cyclical and Planned Maintenance contracts. The focus of this role will be to improve contractor performance and contractor efficiencies whilst leading on a range of planned and cyclical programmes. The deadline for applications is 26th April.
We are also looking for a Neighbourhood Team Leader to lead the LYHA Neighbourhoods team. The successful candidate will need to have comprehensive up to date working knowledge in all areas of Neighbourhood/Housing Management; experience of leading and motivating a team to deliver agreed targets; experience of working cooperatively with others, sharing ideas and developing effective relationships with colleagues, customers and partners; and enthusiasm and motivation to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, continually developing and improving services to achieve this. And last but not least, we are also looking for a part-time Customer Services Advisor (16 hours a week, Wednesday – Friday). You will join our small but energetic Customer Services Team and will be the first point of contact for our customers, taking and making calls but also dealing with our customers face to face and supporting us with our digital agenda. You will be the face and voice of LYHA; dealing with repairs, lettings and queries, as well as supporting other colleagues and departments. No day is the same which makes this role really engaging and rewarding. The deadline for applications is 25th April.
